İade Politikası

14 Günlük İade Hakkı (Ücretsiz İade)
Satın aldığınız ürünü teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren 14 gün içerisinde hiçbir gerekçe göstermeden iade edebilirsiniz.
İade süreci boyunca kargo ücreti ödemezsiniz – iade kargo ücreti firmamız tarafından karşılanır.

İade Koşulları:
İade edebilmeniz için ürünün:

• Kullanılmamış, denenmemiş, yıkanmamış ve hasarsız olması,

• Orijinal ambalajında ve etiketi üzerinde olması,

• Tüm aksesuarlarıyla birlikte gönderilmesi gerekir.
  Ayrıca, fatura veya satın alma belgesi de iade sürecinde gereklidir.

• Kullanım Hatası ve Fiziksel Hasar

  • Tüketici ürünü kullandıktan sonra oluşan kırılma, bozulma, çizilme gibi hasarlardan satıcı sorumlu değildir.
    

İade Süreci:

Onay alındıktan sonra size ücretsiz iade kargo etiketi ve gönderim talimatları gönderilecektir.
Onay alınmadan yapılan iadeler kabul edilmeyecektir.

Hasar ve Kusurlar:
Ürünü teslim aldığınızda lütfen kontrol edin. Kusurlu, hasarlı ya da yanlış ürün gönderimi durumunda en kısa (3 iş günü içerisinde) bizimle iletişime geçin.

İade Edilemeyen Ürünler:
Aşağıdaki ürünlerde iade kabul edilmez:

• Kişisel bakım ürünleri (örn. kozmetik, hijyen ürünleri)

• Bozulabilir ürünler (örn. gıda, çiçek, bitki)

• Kişiselleştirilmiş veya özel siparişle üretilen ürünler

• Tehlikeli maddeler, yanıcı sıvı ve gazlar

• İndirimli ürünler ve hediye kartları

Değişim İşlemleri:
Değişim yapmak yerine, ürünü iade edip onaylandıktan sonra yeni sipariş oluşturmanızı öneririz.

Para İadesi:
İadeniz elimize ulaştıktan sonra kontrol edilip size onay bilgisi gönderilir. İade onaylanırsa, 10 iş günü içerisinde ücretiniz orijinal ödeme yönteminize otomatik olarak iade edilir.
Bankanızın işlemi tamamlaması birkaç gün sürebilir.

Return Policy

14-Day Return Right (Free Returns)

You can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.
During the return process, you will not pay any shipping fee – the return shipping cost will be covered by our company.

Return Conditions:

In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused, untested, unwashed, and undamaged,

• In its original packaging with the tag attached,

• Sent back with all accessories included.

Additionally, an invoice or proof of purchase is required for the return process.

Misuse and Physical Damage

The seller is not responsible for damages such as breakage, malfunction, or scratches caused after the product has been used by the customer.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a free return shipping label and instructions.
Returns made without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene items)

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases

• Discounted items and gift cards

Exchanges:

Instead of exchanging, we recommend returning the product and placing a new order after the return is approved.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and you will be notified of the approval. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank may take additional time to complete the transaction.
